Duluth Transit Authority No. 601Bus No. 601 was built in 1951 by the General Motors Corporation (model PD4103). It was ordered by the Jefferson Bus lines and numbered 122. It was later purchased by the Duluth Transit Authority and renumbered 601. Then, Peterson trucking in Duluth purchased the bus and used it for special events. In 2004, the Minnesota Transportation Museum Classic Bus Division purchased the bus. No. 601 is fully operational, but not in use at this time.
