Great Northern X-240. Owned by the Great Northern Railway Historical Society. On indefinite custodial loan to MTM. Moved from display in Buxton, North Dakota in 2001.

In this photo it is sitting at Shaw Lumber in St. Paul, which is on the same spur as Jackson Street. X-240 was trucked from North Dakota, but track and parking lot construction precluded unloading at the roundhouse so it was unloaded at Shaw Lumber and moved by rail to the roundhouse.

X-240 is a near-twin to MTM's Great Northern X-216.
