Box Car
Minneapolis Northfield & Southern Box Car 408 was built in November 1952. In 1994
it was donated by the Minnesota Clay Company to the Minnesota Transportation Museum.
Journals are friction bearing. The brake wheel is mounted high,
although the roof walks have been removed. Currently at Osceola.
The stencils used to paint the large "MNS" and the diamond logo on the side are now in
the Minnesota Transportation Museum's Jackson Street Roundhouse.
